Rosicrutian Cipher

 Learning Objectives:  

To be familiar with ciphers - (developed in 1834) 


Success Criteria:

I can investigate/ research Rosicrutian and Caesar Ciphers  

I can add cipher information to my Powerpoint

1 - Watch extract of first video

2 – Discuss the success criteria and learning objectives

3 - Experiment with the cypher generators

 

Most Children should be able to:

Complete 1 - 3
4 – Understand the concepts of cypher code 

5 – Children research Roscrutian and Caesar cyphers.

Some Children should be able to: (Greater Depth activities)

7 - Research Enigma cyphers and the work of Alan Turin and Jane Fawcett at Bletchley Park in WW2.

8 – Research and add tp a PowerPoint presentation relating to Morse code, ciphers and the history behind them.
